Job Responsibilities :

Want to work at the intersection of AI and gaming? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment where innovation and customer impact come first?
Razer is seeking a Senior Sales Manager to drive adoption of our cutting-edge AI solutions designed for game developers, publishers, and enterprise partners. The ideal candidate is both a strategic seller and a technical storyteller—equally comfortable discussing business outcomes with executives and diving into AI technologies with engineering teams. This role carries direct P&L ownership, so the ideal candidate is a commercially accountable leader as well as a strategic seller and technical storyteller. You will own the full sales cycle, build deep relationships across the gaming ecosystem, and help game studios unlock next-generation AI capabilities.

Job Responsibilities

  • Own and manage the full B2B enterprise sales cycle—from prospecting and qualification to negotiation and close.

  • Develop and execute strategic account plans targeting game developers, publishers, engines, and related technology partners.

  • Articulate technical AI concepts (LLMs, generative AI, model training, inference, pipelines, etc.) to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with senior leaders across game studios and enterprise clients.

  • Track, forecast, and report on sales pipeline, revenue targets, and market insights.

  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and developer engagements.

  • Provide customer feedback to product and engineering teams to inform roadmap and platform improvements.

Pre-Requisites :

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated P&L ownership

  • 7+ years of experience in B2B or enterprise sales, ideally in software, AI/ML, cloud, or game developer platforms.

  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets in a high-growth environment.

  • Strong technical acumen—comfortable explaining AI concepts, APIs, model workflows, and platform architectures.

  • Direct experience working with game developers, publishers, or gaming technology companies.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Ability to build trusted relationships with both C-level stakeholders and technical teams.

Education & Preferred Experience

  • BA/BS from an accredited educational institution or equivalent experience.

  • Deep working knowledge of game development pipelines, tools, and platforms (Unreal, Unity, proprietary engines).

  • Background in AI, machine learning, cloud infrastructure, or data platforms.

  • Understanding of how AI can be applied to game production, live ops, content creation, or player engagement.

Travel Requirements

May require 25% - 40% travel.
