KATBOTZ LLC is seeking a highly skilled Senior SAP PP Consultant (Production Planning) with strong expertise in end-to-end SAP PP processes. The ideal candidate will bring in-depth functional knowledge of Production Planning, Manufacturing Execution, and Integration with MM, SD, QM, and FI/CO modules. This role requires hands-on experience in SAP implementation, configuration, and support, with the ability to engage directly with business stakeholders to drive process improvements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP PP module to support business processes.
  • Conduct requirement gathering workshops with business stakeholders and document functional specifications.
  • Perform system configuration, testing (unit, integration, and UAT), and defect resolution.
  • Ensure seamless integration of SAP PP with other SAP modules (MM, SD, QM, PM, FI/CO).
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver enhancements, custom developments, and process automation.
  • Provide production support and resolve issues in a timely manner to minimize business impact.
  • Assist in data migration, cutover planning, and go-live support.
  • Mentor junior consultants and provide knowledge transfer to business users.
  • Stay updated with the latest SAP PP innovations, S/4HANA capabilities, and industry best practices.
Required Qualifications & Skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 10+ years of hands-on SAP PP consulting experience, including at least 2 full-cycle end-to-end implementations.
  • Strong expertise in Master Data Management (BOMs, Work Centers, Routings, Production Versions).
  • Deep understanding of MRP, Demand Management, Capacity Planning, Shop Floor Control, and Order Execution.
  • Experience in S/4HANA PP and PP-DS is highly preferred.
  • Knowledge of MES integration, Variant Configuration, and Batch Management is a plus.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote global delivery model.

Preferred

  • SAP certification in Production Planning.
  • Experience in Pharma, Automotive, or FMCG industries.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
