TigerConnect is seeking a Senior Solution Architect to serve as the technical leader within our Enterprise sales organization. In this high-impact individual contributor role, you will partner closely with Account Executives to drive complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles across large health systems and integrated delivery networks (IDNs).
You will translate clinical workflows and IT requirements into scalable, tailored platform solutions—owning the technical sales process from discovery through contract signature. This role requires deep healthcare interoperability expertise, strong executive presence, and the ability to influence both technical and business stakeholders.
What You'll Be Doing
Pre-Sales Leadership
Lead technical discovery sessions with IT, Clinical Informatics, and Security stakeholders to identify integration requirements, compliance considerations, and workflow challenges
Design and deliver tailored solution demonstrations for diverse audiences, including C-suite executives and frontline clinical users
Architect integration strategies across healthcare systems including EHRs, PACS, nurse call, and other clinical technologies (HL7 v2/v3, FHIR, APIs)
Deal Strategy & Execution
Partner with Account Executives to develop and execute account strategies for enterprise opportunities
Serve as the primary technical authority throughout the sales cycle, building trust with CIOs, CMIOs, CTOs, and other senior leaders
Own and lead technical responses for RFPs/RFIs, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and clear differentiation
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Deliver structured handoffs to Implementation teams, including detailed technical scoping and architecture documentation
Provide field-driven insights and feedback to Product and Engineering teams to influence roadmap and innovation
Maintain deep knowledge of competitive solutions, market trends, and industry positioning
What You Bring
Required Qualifications
12+ years of experience in a technical pre-sales role (e.g., Solution Architect, Sales Engineer, Pre-Sales Consultant) within healthcare IT
Deep expertise in healthcare interoperability standards and integrations (HL7 v2/v3, FHIR, interface engines, EHR platforms such as Epic, Cerner, Meditech)
Demonstrated success supporting enterprise sales cycles, including multi-million-dollar deals and complex stakeholder environments
Strong executive communication skills, with the ability to present technical concepts to non-technical audiences and influence decision-making
Proven experience leading technical RFP/RFI responses in competitive procurement processes
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with clinical communication, secure messaging, or care coordination platforms
Background in HIE, ACO, or population health technologies
Familiarity with healthcare compliance frameworks (HIPAA, HITRUST, SOC 2)
Experience working in high-growth SaaS or private equity-backed healthcare technology environments
Exposure to mentoring or guiding junior team members (formally or informally)
