Working at Infobip means being part of something truly global. With 75+ offices across six continents, we’re not just building technology — we’re shaping how more than 80% of the world connects and communicates.

As employees, we take pride in contributing to the world’s largest and only full-stack cloud communication platform. But it’s not just what we do, it’s how we do it: with curiosity, passion, and a whole lot of collaboration.

If you're looking for meaningful work and challenges that grow you in a culture where people show up with purpose, this is your opportunity.

Let’s build what’s next, together.

Why is this role important at Infobip?

We are seeking a Senior Solution Engineer with deep expertise in both Voice & Messaging technologies to join our dynamic Solutions Engineering team. This role is a critical partner to our sales organization, helping to drive revenue by delivering technical expertise, solution design, and consultative support throughout the sales cycle.

As a trusted advisor, you’ll work directly with prospective customers to understand their business needs and customize tailored solutions that demonstrate the value of our platform. Your ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business value will be key to your success.

You’ll serve as a mediator between Infobip and its customer deployers/development technical teams, providing accurate technical solutions and expertise. This role takes part in activities for Infobip’s customers, product proposals, deployments, connectivity and integrations, implementations, solution design, and delivery.

You’ll have the opportunity to learn about Infobip’s products and solutions as well as our company’s business processes. You’ll successfully perform project-related tasks and consult with Product Development teams, other Solution Engineers, our Solution Architect, and Solution Managers on assigned projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with Sales to support discovery, qualification, and solution design for voice- & messaging-related opportunities.

  • Lead technical presentations, product demos, and proof-of-concept engagements.

  • Translate customer requirements into scalable, secure, and cost-effective voice solutions.

  • Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) on related voice and messaging technologies.

  • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Operations teams to ensure proposed solutions are viable and aligned with product capabilities.

  • Respond to RFPs/RFIs and assist in the creation of technical documentation and solution diagrams.

  • Stay current on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies.

  • Provide feedback to Product Management on customer needs and market trends.

You know you are doing a good job when you:
  • Have a strong knowledge of all technical aspects of Infobip’s products and solutions.

  • Understand the customers’ businesses, knowing exactly which of our products can help them evolve their business.

  • Integrate Infobip products into our clients’ systems (custom-scripted API, SFTP, and other solutions over CPaaS and SaaS services).

  • Can identify new and innovative use cases for Infobip’s products and solutions.

  • Have an excellent understanding of the business and are up to date with the latest industry trends as well as the competition.

  • Can build a solid relationship with our sales and technical teams so they consider you an asset and enjoy working with you.

  • Conduct demos, Proof of Concepts (POCs), and solution integration enablement sessions for customers and summarize meetings via documentation.

  • Maintain the highest degree of customer satisfaction during project implementation.

  • Collect the technical requirements and design technical solutions and service integration plans.

  • Deliver detailed and accurate technical documentation.

  • Handle technical and security questionnaires.

  • Ensure that all the projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget.

More about you & your qualifications:
  • Minimum 5-7 years of strong expertise in pre-sales/solution engineering, tech sales, system integrations, implementation, or similar roles.

  • Experience in a technical role in the Telecommunications industry; experience in the Voice and CPaaS space highly desired.

  • Preferred knowledge in virtualization, machine learning, RCS, and mobile identity solutions.

  • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) to clients, partners, and colleagues.

  • You have the ability to challenge the status quo.

  • You have an Engineering background and passion for IT and technology.

  • Proactive and creative approach to attend to clients’ needs (even if sometimes they’re not aware of those needs).

  • Able to present products and ideas with ease, confidence, and persistence.

  • Thrives in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
