We are seeking a dynamic, execution-oriented Sr., Strategic Initiatives Manager to drive the most complex, high-priority cross-functional programs across the organization. This role reports to the Vice President, Business Excellence.

This is a role for someone who operates at the intersection of strategic clarity and disciplined execution, a leader who can take ambiguous, high-stakes initiatives from whiteboard to measurable outcomes. You bring a sharp lens for business strategy and data-driven insights, not as an end in themselves, but as the foundation for making smart decisions and driving alignment. You think in systems, lead through influence, and actively leverage AI and intelligent agents to multiply your impact.

This role is best suited for someone who thrives in complexity, has a track record of moving organizations forward on work that spans functions and defies clean ownership – and who is energized by building new muscle in a high-growth SaaS environment.

What You'll Do

  • Identify, frame, and solve high-priority business problems across the organization. Defining the right question before designing the solution, and driving that solution through to measurable outcomes
  • Lead these strategic priorities end to end: not just coordinating workstreams, but actively shaping the approach, making tradeoff decisions, and ensuring the work lands with real impact
  • Design solutions to complex cross-functional challenges and gaps, bringing structure to ambiguous problems and building the operational and organizational logic needed to move forward
  • Apply a strategy and insights lens to all initiative work: use data, market context, and business fundamentals to sharpen problem framing, pressure-test assumptions, and ground recommendations in sound logic
  • Drive alignment and decisions across senior stakeholders and functions – synthesizing competing perspectives, surfacing tradeoffs clearly, and moving leadership toward action
  • Bring SaaS business fluency to initiative design, understanding how product adoption, retention, and expansion dynamics connect to the problems being solved
  • Champion an AI-first approach to how work gets done to accelerate progress and multiply impact

What You'll Bring

  • 5+ years of experience in management or strategy consulting, business transformation, or strategic operations roles — ideally in or around the software or technology industry
  • Demonstrated track record of leading complex, cross-functional initiatives end to end, with measurable outcomes and the ability to navigate organizational ambiguity
  • Strong business strategy and data-driven insights acumen: able to use data and market context to sharpen decisions without needing to personally own the analysis
  • Familiarity with SaaS business models and the levers that drive product adoption, expansion, and retention
  • Actively AI-first in how you work: comfortable identifying where AI tools and agents can replace or accelerate manual effort, and building that habit across your work
  • Exceptional executive communication and storytelling skills (written, verbal, and visual) with the ability to synthesize complexity into crisp narratives for senior audiences
  • Strong facilitation and influence skills; able to drive alignment across senior stakeholders without direct authority
  • High bias for action, strong intellectual curiosity, and a collaborative working style with low ego
  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA or relevant advanced degree a plus. Prior consulting experience strongly preferred
