ABOUT THE ROLEAdGem, as part of AdAction, is on a strong growth trajectory with 8 straight quarters of quarter-over-quarter revenue growth—and we’re just getting started.
We are seeking a Senior Enterprise Partnerships Manager to drive strategic growth across key enterprise accounts and publisher relationships. This is a high-impact, senior-level role for a proven partnerships professional who knows how to build trust, navigate complex sales cycles, and close meaningful long-term deals.
This role is heavily relationship-driven and requires someone who can confidently lead high-level conversations, influence executive decision-makers, and represent AdGem in the market. You’ll be responsible for developing new partnerships, strengthening existing relationships, and identifying opportunities to expand revenue across enterprise accounts.

The ideal candidate is highly strategic, extremely personable, and able to independently own the room from first conversation to signed partnership.
Priority will be given to candidates based in Chicago, with a focus on supporting key markets across Chicago, New York, Boston, and the broader East Coast.
