ABOUT THE ROLE

AdGem, as part of AdAction, is on a strong growth trajectory with 8 straight quarters of quarter-over-quarter revenue growth—and we’re just getting started.

We are seeking a Senior Enterprise Partnerships Manager to drive strategic growth across key enterprise accounts and publisher relationships. This is a high-impact, senior-level role for a proven partnerships professional who knows how to build trust, navigate complex sales cycles, and close meaningful long-term deals.

This role is heavily relationship-driven and requires someone who can confidently lead high-level conversations, influence executive decision-makers, and represent AdGem in the market. You’ll be responsible for developing new partnerships, strengthening existing relationships, and identifying opportunities to expand revenue across enterprise accounts.

This is not an inside sales role—this person should expect to be in-market regularly, traveling approximately 75% of the time for client meetings, trade shows, and industry events. The ideal candidate is highly strategic, extremely personable, and able to independently own the room from first conversation to signed partnership.

Priority will be given to candidates based in Chicago, with a focus on supporting key markets across Chicago, New York, Boston, and the broader East Coast.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Identify, pursue, and close high-value enterprise partnerships across mobile publishing, loyalty, and rewarded advertising ecosystems

  • Own the full strategic sales cycle from prospecting and relationship-building through negotiation, contracting, and long-term partnership growth

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers across multiple levels of an organization, including executive, commercial, and technical stakeholders

  • Build internal champions and advocates within partner organizations to help drive deal momentum and long-term success

  • Act as a trusted advisor by aligning AdGem solutions with partner business goals, monetization strategies, and growth opportunities

  • Represent AdGem at trade shows, conferences, client meetings, and entertainment events to strengthen relationships and drive pipeline growth

  • Partner closely with internal teams including product, operations, and account management to ensure successful onboarding and execution

  • Maintain strong market awareness, competitive intelligence, and strategic insight across the ad tech and publisher landscape

  • Accurately forecast pipeline and revenue performance while maintaining disciplined CRM management

EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS
  • 5–8 years of experience in enterprise sales, strategic partnerships, or business development within ad tech, mobile advertising, or digital media

  • Proven ability to manage and close complex, high-value partnership deals with enterprise-level clients

  • Strong executive presence with the ability to confidently lead boardroom-level conversations independently

  • Existing network across mobile publishers, loyalty platforms, performance marketing, or adjacent ad tech verticals strongly preferred

  • Deep understanding of ad tech KPIs including CPI, eCPM, ARPDAU, retention, and monetization strategies

  • Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to identify stakeholder needs and navigate multi-threaded sales processes

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills

  • Experience working with CRM platforms such as HubSpot or Salesforce

  • Highly self-motivated, strategic, and comfortable operating autonomously in a fast-paced environment

  • Willingness to travel frequently, with expectations of being in-market approximately 75% of the time

  • Preference for candidates located in the Chicago area

WHY ADACTION?

Our employees enjoy perks and benefits like:

  • Health, vision, and dental insurance

  • Up to 6% 401k match with no vestment period

  • Generous PTO + company holidays

  • Paid parental leave

  • Flexible and remote-first work culture

  • Team outings and happy hours

  • Weekly UberEats credit
