We are seeking a Senior Systems Analyst, Salesforce Administration, to support and enhance our Salesforce platform, with a strong focus on Experience Cloud (Communities/Portals). This role partners closely with business and IT teams to deliver scalable solutions that support the student lifecycle across our institutions. This role will handle ongoing support activities, including troubleshooting and resolving production issues, service requests, and defects.
This position is ideal for someone with strong declarative expertise, working knowledge of Salesforce development, Strong debugging skills and the ability to influence platform strategy while growing into a leadership role.
- Configure, support, and optimize Salesforce solutions across Experience Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud.
- Serve as a subject matter expert for student-facing portals and communities.
- Utilize declarative tools (Flows, validation rules, security) and collaborate on Apex/LWC solutions as needed.
- Translate business requirements into user stories and scalable technical designs.
- Partner with stakeholders and act as a liaison between business and IT teams.
- Support daily operations, user requests, and issue resolution for a large user base.
- Manage releases, deployments, and sandbox environments.
- Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and documentation.
- Ensure data quality, security, and system integrity.
- Contribute to CRM roadmap planning and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Support user training and drive adoption of Salesforce capabilities.

Qualifications- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field Required or equivalent industry experience.
- Five (5) plus years of Salesforce administration experience in complex environments.
- Five (5) plus years of Experience Cloud (Communities) experience required.
- Salesforce certifications required:
- Administrator
- Platform App Builder
- Preferred: Sales/Service Cloud Consultant or Advanced Administrator.
- Working knowledge of Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and cross-functional collaboration.
- Familiarity with tools such as Data Loader, Gearset, GitHub, Workbench, DocuSign.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Solid front-end development skills: HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
- Knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs and system integrations.
- Understanding of identity platforms (SSO, SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect).
- Hands-on experience with AI-assisted coding tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, CodeWhisperer, or similar) to accelerate development, debugging, and refactoring.
- Experience validating and hardening AI-generated code for security, performance, and maintainability.
- Familiarity with AI-assisted debugging and root cause analysis, including log interpretation and automated suggestions.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking.
- Clear communication and collaboration across cross-functional teams.

Additional InformationIn support of the pay transparency laws enacted across the country, the expected salary range for this position is between $84,835.61 and $149,076.17. Actual pay will be adjusted based on job-related factors permitted by law, such as experience and training; geographic location; licensure and certifications; market factors; departmental budgets; and responsibility.
