This position encompasses responsibilities across end-to-end technology recruitment, talent pipeline development, and employer branding, while also playing a key role in business partnering and employee engagement initiatives.Responsibilities:
  • Own the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing, interviews, offer management and onboarding
  • Build high-quality, diverse candidate pipelines using proactive sourcing, social media, and networks
  • Partner hiring managers on driving recruiting strategy end to end including best practices in selection and assessment process, team growth strategies in alignment with workforce plans and organisational design
  • Identify inefficiencies and implement solutions to enhance time-to-fill and quality of talent pipeline
  • Track, analyse, and report recruitment data to drive continuous improvement in hiring strategy and candidate experience
  • Champion employer branding by building awareness and provide market talent intelligence
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders on people-related matters, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and inclusion
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives
  • Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) within the campus
  • Provide guidance on HR policies, practices, and compliance with local labor laws
About you:
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s in HR or related field
  • 8+ years’ experience with a talent acquisition background in a regional role.
  • Previous experience recruiting within technology, engineering, or similarly fast-paced industries
  • In-depth knowledge of Singapore labour law & HR operations is essential, prior work experience in Japan & Korea is a plus.
  • Deep sourcing skills, experienced with a variety of channels and tools (e.g. LinkedIn, Boolean search, talent mapping)
  • Ability to handle multiple vacancies and priorities with excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Excellent stakeholder management and interpersonal skills
  • The ideal candidate is passionate about recruiting top talent and partnering closely with leaders to build high performing, engaged teams.
