The RoleAs a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner in our products and technology organization, you will be a strategic talent acquisition partner responsible for driving the full-cycle recruitment process for complex, high-impact roles with a consultative approach. You operate independently and will lead sophisticated recruiting efforts, influence hiring decisions, and use data and market insights to drive outcomes. You anticipate challenges, act as a trusted advisor, and deliver exceptional hiring outcomes across functions.
The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and has extensive recruiting experience, advanced strategic thinking, and the ability to navigate complex or hard-to-fill positions.


 

Key Responsibilities:

Full-Cycle Recruitment

  • Drive the recruitment process from start to finish for assigned teams, primarily complex, high-impact, or hard-to-fill requisitions
  • Lead complex recruiting efforts with a consultative approach, influencing hiring decisions through data-backed recommendations and market expertise
  • Proactively identify potential bottlenecks or challenges in the process, providing strategic solutions to ensure timely and effective hires
  • Anticipate hiring challenges and use market intelligence to inform search strategies and candidate positioning

Talent Acquisition Strategy

  • Shape and contribute to recruiting strategies that align with business goals, leveraging data and market insights to inform direction
  • Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, providing guidance on market trends, competitive compensation, and candidate expectations
  • Partner with leaders to define role requirements and set recruitment expectations regarding timelines and candidate availability
  • Use data and market insights to influence hiring strategy and inform decision-making

                                                               

Candidate Sourcing and Engagement

  • Utilize exceptional sourcing abilities to engage passive and active candidates through advanced channels including LinkedIn, job boards, industry events, networking, and direct outreach
  • Promote the organization as an employer of choice through consistent communications and excellent candidate experiences.
  • Build and maintain a robust talent pool and network of prospective talent for current and future hiring needs.

Collaboration and Stakeholder Management

  • Build relationships with hiring managers, HR team members, and key stakeholders to understand specific hiring needs and team dynamics
  • Deliver strategic updates to stakeholders on recruitment progress, providing insights into market trends, candidate availability, and pipeline health
  • Deliver clear, persuasive communications to inform and influence hiring decisions and enhance hiring outcomes

Analytics and Process Excellence

  • Monitor and analyze key recruitment metrics and share actionable insights and reports to inform or adjust talent strategies
  • Lead initiatives to refine and improve recruiting processes, leveraging feedback from candidates, hiring managers, and key stakeholders
  • Stay updated on industry best practices, tools, and trends to ensure the organization is leveraging the most effective methods and technologies

Mentorship

  • Mentor recruiters, sharing expertise in best practices in process management and candidate engagement to elevate team performance


 

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, with an emphasis on consultative recruiting for mid- to senior-level positions.
  • Product & Technology recruitment experience
  • Proven ability to drive recruitment processes in fast-paced environments, across multiple functions or business units
  • Exceptional sourcing skills and familiarity with advanced recruitment tools and techniques
  • Strong consultative skills with the ability to partner closely with hiring managers and advise on effective talent strategies
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
