- Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs, define role requirements, and develop accurate, compelling position descriptions.
- Support new hire onboarding to help ensure a seamless, engaging, and positive candidate-to-employee experience.
- Provide guidance on recruitment best practices, including market insights, compensation benchmarking, candidate assessment, and selection strategy.
- Build trusted relationships with internal stakeholders and serve as a strategic advisor on talent-related matters.
- Develop and maintain proactive talent pipelines for critical roles to support current and future business needs.
- Ensure candidates complete all pre-hire requirements, including background checks, assessments, and other role-specific steps.
- Maintain compliance with applicable federal, state, and local employment laws and company recruitment policies.
- Research recruiting trends, market conditions, and HR topics to support continuous improvement and informed decision-making.
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 6+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally supporting a variety of functions across an organization.
- Experience recruiting for roles across departments such as Operations, IT, Marketing, Finance, HR, Accounting, and other corporate or field-based teams.
- Proven ability to design and execute effective sourcing strategies for competitive or hard-to-fill roles.
- Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Collaborative, customer-focused approach with the ability to build credibility and trust with hiring leaders and candidates.
- Proficiency with recruiting technologies, including LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, ATS platforms, and related sourcing tools.
- Independent, resourceful, and structured work style with strong attention to detail.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Strong alignment with Daniels Health values and a commitment to teamwork, integrity, and service excellence.
