The role involves sourcing new business for 1031 QI services, building client relationships, and facilitating tax-deferred exchanges while working independently and leveraging industry knowledge for client satisfaction.

Reporting to the Principal of Business Process & Automation, you will support our Research and Development team by developing interactive dashboards, managing and optimizing data pipelines, enhancing applications, and delivering insights that improve departmental performance. You will collaborate with partners to automate processes, conduct testing to improve reporting effectiveness, and advance data literacy across the organization through training and best‑practice sharing.

A Taste of Your Responsibilities

  • Pull and clean data from Snowflake and Databricks with a focus on food and packaging manufacturing.

  • Optimize interactive dashboards using Power BI, Palantir, and similar tools to provide strategic insights to partners.

  • Lead A/B testing projects to evaluate and enhance the performance of reports and dashboards.

  • Conduct training sessions, share insights, and promote best practices that strengthen data literacy across the organization.

  • Automate processes that refine daily operations within Research and Development.

  • Create applications and automated solutions that support improved performance across teams.

  • Perform data cleaning, manipulation, and automation to deliver insights that support key projects.

Ingredients Required for Your Success

  • Bachelor’s degree in data science, statistics, computer science, or a related field.

  • Three or more years of experience in data analysis or data engineering within consumer products or pharmaceutical industries.

  • Experience in dashboard creation, data cleaning, manipulation, and automation focused on delivering insights to teams.

  • Expertise with a programming language such as R, Python, or JavaScript for data manipulation and automation.

  • Proficiency with business intelligence and visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, R Shiny, or Python Dash.

  • Independent learner who can translate customer requirements into technical solutions.

Compensation: 

Pay Range:$81,000-$118,000

The annual salary listed above is the expected offering for this position. An employee’s actual annual salary will be based on but not limited to: location, relevant experience/level and skillset, while balancing internal Conagra employees’ equity. Conagra Brands will comply with applicable law regarding minimum salaries for exempt employees.
