About the Role
Redhorse transforms the way government uses data and technology. To support this mission, we are seeking a Senior Training & Change Management Specialist to join our National Security practice. This role is critical for ensuring that federal agencies don't just adopt new technology, but successfully integrate it into their mission workflows. You will serve as a lead practitioner, developing comprehensive training strategies and change management frameworks that empower government personnel to navigate complex Agentic AI Software Development Lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute end-to-end training and organizational change management (OCM) strategies to support federal digital transformation initiatives.
- Conduct thorough training needs analyses (TNA) to identify skill gaps and design tailored curriculum for diverse stakeholder groups.
- Lead the design and development of instructional materials, including user guides, webinars, and interactive workshops.
- Facilitate stakeholder engagement sessions and workshops using Design Thinking and Business Process Analysis to drive organizational buy-in.
- Collaborate with technical teams to translate complex IT and telecommunications concepts into digestible training content for non-technical users.
- Provide expert guidance and written content for RFI/RFP responses, white papers, and customer briefings regarding change adoption.
- Develop trust-based relationships with current and future customers to identify mission challenges and map them to Redhorse’s transformative capabilities.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training and change initiatives, utilizing data-driven insights to refine program strategy.
Required Experience/Clearance
- Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution.
- 10+ years of professional experience in management consulting or federal contracting.
- At least 3 years of experience specifically focused on training delivery, instructional design, or change management.
- Demonstrated expertise in Organizational Change Management (OCM) frameworks and Business Process Redesign.
- Proven experience developing and delivering training programs for large-scale government IT modernization projects.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to lead client-facing briefings and facilitate high-level workshops.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and SharePoint.
- Ability to work under the pressure of tight deadlines for proposal and project deliverables.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government security clearance.
Desired Experience
- Professional certifications such as PROSCI, Certified Professional in Talent Development (CPTD), or PMP.
- Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-learning authoring tools.
- Familiarity with Design Thinking methodologies and Agile transformation.
- Experience supporting business development, including capture strategy and technical writing for proposals.

The salary range provided for this position represents the anticipated base salary for successful candidates. Actual compensation will be determined based on a variety of factors, including relevant experience, education, certifications, skills, security clearance level, geographic location, market conditions, and internal equity. In addition to base salary, eligible employees may participate in Redhorse's comprehensive benefits programs and may be eligible for performance-based or other incentive compensation, where applicable.
