The Treasury Operations team plays a critical role in supporting this vision by ensuring the company has the financial resources and market access needed to grow, innovate, and manage cash. As the Senior Treasury Analyst, you will lead our efforts to implement a treasury management system, build and maintain a direct cash flow forecast, and to support daily operations. Reporting to our Director of Treasury Operations & Investments, you will work cross-functionally with teams such as Treasury Risk, Finance, Accounting, Engineering, Procurement,  Engineering, Legal, and Tax to drive critical initiatives that support the growth of centralized Treasury organization.

This role is based in our Menlo Park, CA; New York, NY; or Chicago, IL office with in-person attendance expected at least 3 days per week.

What you’ll do
  • Build & implement automation workflows that leverage AI and incorporate human approvals.
  • Prepare and monitor the global daily cash position across all entities.
  • Participate in the implementation of a Treasury Management System to manage cash positioning, direct cash forecasting, bank account management, bank fee analysis, and more.
  • Based on an understanding of Flow of Funds and liquidity requirements, lead the opening and closing of bank accounts to support the corporate, brokerage, and futures businesses, and serve as the primary backup for crypto.
  • Support the maintenance of bank KYC requirements.
  • Lead U.S. cash management and wire settlements, including wire transfers, internal settlements, borrowings, repayments, capital markets transaction settlements, and investments.
  • Identify and implement cash optimization strategies.
  • Take primary responsibility for banking portal management.
  • Backup responsibility for 13-week direct cash flow forecast , including variance tracking and scenario modeling.
  • Backup responsibility for the bank account database, which is the single source of truth of global bank account balances.
  • Ensure strict adherence to all SOX controls while delivering on daily, quarterly, and annual audit requests.
  • Support the creation and maintenance of policies and procedures.
  • Participant in the maintenance of treasury management banking relationships.
  • Provide periodic on-call support to monitor internal funding alerts and SEVs.
What you bring
  • 5+ years of experience in Corporate Treasury, preferably within a publicly traded global financial services company.
  • Experience in implementing automation using AI tools.
  • Experience in managing a Direct Cash Flow Forecast.
  • Significant experience in Treasury Operations with a strong understanding of key management controls and processes.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and Superset.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate cross-functionally and apply creative, curious problem-solving to complex financial operations.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Computer Science, Financial Engineering or a related field (MBA or CTP designation preferred).

In addition to the base pay range listed below, this role is also eligible for bonus opportunities + equity + benefits.

Base pay for the successful applicant will depend on a variety of job-related factors, which may include education, training, experience, location, business needs, or market demands. The expected base pay range for this role is based on the location where the work will be performed and is aligned to one of 3 compensation zones. For other locations not listed, compensation can be discussed with your recruiter during the interview process.
