JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Establish and implement the overall design strategy for digital products.
  • Define and optimize design process and tools.
  • Lead UX design activities on initiatives from beginning to end for ULs digital products, balancing multiple product's needs at once.
  • Understand and advocate for client and end user needs.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to help define business and feature requirements, user scenarios, and use cases.
  • Create UX and design assets including process flows, site amps, conceptual diagrams, wireframes, and mockups to effectively communicate high-level design strategies and detailed interaction behaviors.
  • Present design solutions in ways that communicate the value of design decisions.
  • Work closely with product stakeholders to ensure a full understanding of the product teams needs and priorities.
  • Provide design leadership to technical teams.
  • Mentor and assist other UX Designers.
  • Lead weekly team meetings and design reviews.
  • Work within project timelines, deliver design assets to support product roadmap.
  • Evangelize user experience and user-centered design throughout the company.


QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelors' degree or demonstrated competency in Usability, Human Factors, Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology or relevant field.
  • Expert knowledge of modern design/prototyping tools.
  • 6 years of User Experience design experience or demonstrated competency.
  • Demonstrated ability in one more additional areas of user-centered design such as; content strategy, information architecture, or visual design.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience working in modern research, prototyping, and design tools.
  • Expert knowledge of user-centered design methodologies, usability principles, information architecture and interaction design.
  • Take ownership for self-development, stay current with design patterns, best practices, and tools in the field of UX.
  • Can coach and mentor others.


Total Rewards: We understand compensation is an important factor as you consider the next step in your career. The estimated salary range for this position is $110,000 to $140,000 and is based on multiple factors, including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, geographical location, as well as other factors. This position is eligible for annual bonus compensation with a target payout of 10% of the base salary. This position also provides health benefits such as medical, dental and vision; wellness benefits such as mental and financial health; and retirement savings (401K) commensurate with the standard rewards offered in each individual location or country. We also provide full-time employees with paid time off including vacation (15 days), holiday including floating holidays (12 days) and sick time off (72 hours).
