  • Facilitate customer interviews, discovery sessions, journey mapping workshops, and service design activities.
  • Analyze Voice of Customer feedback, experience metrics, and user research findings to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Translate customer insights into design recommendations and product enhancements.
  • Partner with Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and UX stakeholders to prioritize experience improvements.
  • Support implementation through design handoff, usability testing, and collaboration with delivery teams.
  • Identify usability gaps, friction points, and opportunities to improve end-to-end user journeys.
  • Contribute to experience strategy, governance, UX best practices, and measurement of user experience success.

  • Experience designing complex enterprise applications, engineering tools, or platform products.
  • Strong UX research, usability testing, and customer-centered design skills.
  • Experience facilitating workshops, journey mapping sessions, or service design initiatives.
  • Ability to synthesize customer feedback and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to simplify complex workflows and user experiences.
  • Ability to work independently across multiple products, priorities, and stakeholder groups.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills with technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on design execution in a fast-paced environment.

Essential  Qualifications

  • Experience with Developer Experience (DevEx) platforms and engineering productivity tools.
  • Experience supporting cloud, infrastructure, API, security, or developer platform products.
  • Experience designing AI-assisted workflows, copilots, or intelligent user experiences.
  • Experience partnering with Customer Success, Voice of Customer, or Product Operations teams.

  • Experience using Mural or similar facilitation and collaboration tools.
  • Knowledge of service design methodologies and customer journey frameworks.
  • Interest in emerging technologies, AI-enabled development tools, and design-to-code workflows.

Success Measures

  • Reduction of friction across engineering and enterprise technology experiences.

  • Increased product adoption, engagement, and usability.
  • Customer insights effectively translated into product and service improvements.
