Blue Acorn iCi is seeking a visionary, growth-driven SVP of Marketing to lead and scale our global marketing function. As an Infosys subsidiary, we uniquely operate at the intersection of a high-performing digital agency and a global consulting powerhouse, enabling us to deliver transformative customer experience solutions at scale.

This executive leader will be responsible for defining and executing a modern marketing strategy that accelerates brand growth, strengthens our strategic alliances—particularly with Adobe—and builds a high-performing demand generation engine that directly fuels revenue.

You will serve as a critical connector across Blue Acorn iCi, Infosys, and key ecosystem partners, influencing go-to-market strategy, elevating market perception, and driving measurable business outcomes.

Key ResponsibilitiesExecutive Leadership & Team Development
  • Build, lead, and inspire a world-class, multi-disciplinary marketing organization
  • Establish a culture of accountability, innovation, and data-driven decision-making
  • Develop future leaders and ensure alignment with broader business objectives
Strategic Growth & Market Positioning
  • Define and execute a global marketing strategy aligned to revenue and growth targets
  • Position Blue Acorn iCi as a category leader in digital experience, commerce, and CX transformation
  • Drive differentiated messaging, thought leadership, and market influence
Adobe Alliance Leadership
  • Act as the primary marketing executive for the Adobe partnership covering US and EMEA regions
  • Lead joint go-to-market strategies, co-marketing initiatives, and executive alignment
  • Elevate Blue Acorn iCi’s position as a top-tier Adobe partner globally
Infosys Integration & Synergy
  • Partner closely with Infosys marketing and sales teams to unlock enterprise-scale opportunities
  • Develop and execute joint campaigns, integrated GTM strategies, and cross-sell initiatives
  • Ensure brand alignment and consistent messaging across both organizations
Demand Generation & Revenue Ownership
  • Own the end-to-end demand generation strategy and pipeline contribution
  • Build scalable, integrated campaigns across digital, ABM, events, and partner channels
  • Align closely with sales leadership to drive MQL → SQL → revenue conversion
Brand, Communications & Thought Leadership
  • Elevate brand visibility through strategic PR, content, events, and executive positioning
  • Strengthen Blue Acorn iCi’s reputation as a trusted advisor within Infosys and the broader market
  • Lead internal and external communications strategy
Marketing Operations, Analytics & ROI
  • Oversee the global marketing budget and investment strategy
  • Track and optimize marketing spend, pipeline contribution, conversion rates, and ROI
  • Deliver clear and consistent marketing reports and results to executive leadership
Required Skills & ExperienceThe Must-Haves
  • B2B Marketing Leadership: 10–15+ years of progressive experience, including executive-level leadership roles
  • Revenue Ownership: Proven track record of building and scaling demand generation engines tied to pipeline and revenue
  • Ecosystem Expertise: Deep experience in partner marketing, co-selling, and alliance-driven growth models
  • Strategic & Operational Balance: Ability to operate at both boardroom strategy and executional depth
Preferred QualificationsThe Preferred Edge
  • Agency / Services Experience: Strong understanding of marketing within a digital agency, consultancy, or professional services model
  • Adobe Ecosystem Expertise: Familiarity with Adobe Experience Cloud and related GTM motions
  • Global / Matrixed Environment: Experience navigating complex, global organizations (e.g., Infosys, Accenture, Deloitte)

In this role, you will:

  • Shape the future of a well respected brand
  • Influence GTM strategy across Blue Acorn iCi and Infosys in the US and in EMEA
  • Drive meaningful impact in the rapidly evolving digital experience ecosystem

The base salary range for this position is $175,000 – $240,000 annually. Actual compensation may vary depending on experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other job-related factors.
