The Wealth Management Associate role is tasked with cultivating new individual client relationships and supporting the firm's growth initiatives in working with high net worth and ultra-high net worth clients. The ideal candidate should possess extensive experience in engaging and building relationships with prospective individuals and corporate executive clients while having a strong understanding of executive compensation, benefits, and comprehensive financial planning including tax, estate, and risk management within the wealth management industry.
Primary Responsibilities
- Drive engagement with prospective clients sourced internally and externally through defined inbound and outbound activities.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new clients.
- Manage the prospect pipeline effectively using activity-based metrics and qualitative engagement.
- Track and report key business development metrics such as pipeline progress, conversion rates, and revenue growth.
Required Qualifications:
- A bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field; an MBA or CFP® designation is advantageous.
- Over five years of experience in business development, sales, and relationship management within financial services or wealth management.
- Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding growth targets.
- Strong knowledge of investment products, financial planning, and the regulatory environment.
- Experience with the client conversion process.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivation and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- FINRA Series 7 and 66 (or 63 & 65) licenses are required.
Compensation Range:
$100,000 - $160,000
