We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer to design, develop, and implement solutions within the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with ServiceNow modules, scripting, integrations, and workflow automation to improve organizational processes and user experience.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications and modules (FSM, ITOM, SOM, CSM, ITSM etc.)
Develop and maintain custom scripts, UI policies, client scripts, business rules, and UI actions.
Implement flows, workflows, and automation within the ServiceNow platform.
Integrate ServiceNow with third-party tools and external systems via REST/SOAP APIs.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
5 years of hands-on experience developing and configuring ServiceNow.
Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture, data model, and modules
Experience with ServiceNow Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and Service Portal.
Experience integrating ServiceNow with external systems (REST, SOAP, MID Server).
Familiarity with ITIL processes and best practices.
Preferred Qualifications
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification.
ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) or relevant module certifications (e.g., FSM ITSM, ).
Experience with Agile development and DevOps tools (e.g., Git, Jenkins).
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Maintain data integrity between ServiceNow and external systems.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and bugs in ServiceNow applications.
Follow best practices for system development lifecycle (SDLC) and ServiceNow development standards.
Participate in upgrades, patching, and testing of new ServiceNow releases.
Prepare and maintain technical documentation and user training materials.
