Design, configure, and implement ServiceNow HRSD solutions including Case and Knowledge configuration, Employee Service Center, onboarding/transition flows, GRC module design, and integrations (SOAP/REST). Produce technical and business design specs, implement scripted web services, and collaborate across distributed teams.
This is a remote position.
- 5+ years of overall ServiceNow Experience & at least 2 years of experience in HR Service Delivery Application
- Has knowledge & understanding of HR functions, processes, and best practices
- Proficient in understanding of HR best practices related to ServiceNow HRSD and technical components including Case and Knowledge configuration in HRSD
- Experience in creating business and technical design specifications for implementation of the ServiceNow GRC module application
- Hands-on in HR Service Creation, configuring Case Management, Employee Service Center, Enterprise Transition & Onboarding
- Experience in implementing scripted Web services in ServiceNow, SOAP, REST, and integrations with external system
- Excellent in documentation, verbal and written communication skills and ability to work with teams across geographical locations
