Job Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of the shipping and receiving team.
• Manage the movement of incoming and outgoing shipments, ensuring timely and accurate delivery to storage and work areas.
• Inspect incoming shipments for damage, verify quantities, and resolve discrepancies with suppliers or carriers.
• Examine outgoing shipments to ensure compliance with specifications and documentation requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of shipments and inventory in the database.
• Route materials and products to appropriate departments efficiently.
• Maintain sufficient stock of shipping materials and supplies.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and operational standards in all shipping and receiving activities.
• Collaborate with internal teams (production, inventory, purchasing) to meet customer deadlines and operational requirements.
• Implement process improvements to optimize shipping and receiving operations.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by Management and the team.
