Job Description:
The Site Superintendent for Commercial Interiors is responsible for preparing and managing project schedules across all assigned projects. This role coordinates the activities of all onsite consultants, engineers, inspectors, subcontractors, and Onni site labor to ensure seamless project execution. The Site Superintendent provides the leadership, planning, organization, direction, and coordination necessary to maintain operational control and meet the profit and growth objectives of every project assigned.

What You Will Do:
Overall responsibility for the successful initiation, execution, monitoring, controlling and completion of multiple commercial interior renovation projects across multiple properties.
Overseeing all site activities by any and all sub-trades each day
Ensure project aligns with the companies high standards
Driving and maintaining overall construction schedule over the duration of the project
Updating the project team with key milestone dates, and forecasting daily, weekly and monthly targets, and reports
Assisting project manager with overall budget review and cost tracking as required
Managing work orders for any and all materials coming to the site
Develop site logistics plans for projects
Review of design documents for quality control, schedule impacts and logistics
Site documentation and review of any site changes and cost implications
Overall supervision of all sub-trades, workers, and suppliers
Reviewing of contracts and sub-trade or suppliers' scope of work to ensure compliance
Facilitate and maintain site safety policies
Daily, weekly and monthly inspections to review and implement quality control
Site resource allocation forms internal and external resources
Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans
Coordinate and execute neighbor/tenant communication and foster good relationships with the community and the authorities having jurisdiction.
What You Bring:
Minimum of 5 years in construction industry
Managing interior buildout projects
Strong understanding of construction scheduling, cost control, and quality management
Experience overseeing commercial projects an asset
Salary Range:
$100 - $130k
