Job Title: Social Media Intern

Department: Marketing

Location: Remote

Are you the go-to person in your group chat for IB memes, niche finance jokes, and breaking down deal news with just the right Drake audio?

Do you spend more time on Wall Street Oasis than in class?
Have you ever thought “I could run this finance page way better”?

Wall Street Prep is giving one student the opportunity to take the reins of our Instagram.
We’re looking for a creative, ambitious, finance-obsessed content machine who gets what works on IG, knows the IB audience inside and out, and wants a shot at shaping the voice of a brand followed by the world’s top finance professionals.

What You’ll Do:

  • Run WSP’s Instagram like it’s your personal finfluencer empire
  • Create content (memes, reels, carousels, clips) that actually gets engagement
  • Bring your POV as a student obsessed with the IB path—what you wish existed, what you think is cringe, and what would make your peers stop scrolling
  • Work directly with WSP’s marketing team to ideate, test, and grow the channel
  • Make finance education fun, smart, and scroll-stopping

Who You Are:

  • A college student or recent grad, ideally on (or obsessed with) the investment banking/finance career path
  • Deeply familiar with finance memes, IB recruiting culture, and what hits in the IG algorithm
  • Active on social—maybe you run your own meme page or TikTok, or have built an audience before
  • Creative, irreverent, and strategic—this is a brand account, but you’ll be expected to push the edge
  • Bonus: Experience with Canva, CapCut, or basic video editing

Benefits:

  • You get to own the channel—this is not “run it by a committee”
  • Your content will be seen by students, analysts, MDs, and finance influencers across the world
  • Real-world experience running social for a market-leading brand
  • Stipend, WSP course access, and a shot at turning this into a long-term role

To be considered for this role you must:
Email Annie Henry at [email protected] the following:

  1. 2–3 IG post ideas you’d make for WSP
  2. A short Loom or video (1–2 minutes) explaining why you should run the account
  3. Your handle or links to anything you’ve created online
