As a Social Media Senior Associate within the U.S. Wealth Management Communications team, you will assist in managing our growing Wealth Advisor LinkedIn program. Reporting to the Program Manager on the Wealth Management Social Media team, you will own end-to-end program execution to support our Advisor LinkedIn Program which allows advisors nation-wide to build their social presence, promote the J.P. Morgan Wealth Management brand and develop deeper connections with clients and prospects online. You'll partner with our vendors and internal stakeholders to create and scale program processes, become an expert on demonstrating our tools, ensure a steady stream of content is added to the advisor post library, and draft clear ongoing communications for program members.  


Job responsibilities

  • Deliver user education for Hearsay and Sales Navigator, serving as a product expert and driving platform adoption.
  • Manage day-to-day operational support for the Advisor LinkedIn Program, including onboarding and providing resources and user support materials 
  • Own recurring program communications and partnerships with cross-functional teams to amplify program updates and content across internal channels 
  • Communicate clearly and strategically with program members and manage stakeholders expectations
  • Partner with program tool vendors, contractors, and internal stakeholders including access management, legal, compliance, supervision and more 
  • Lead content development partnering with design and cross-functional teams to ensure a consistent pipeline of compliant social content
  • Create tailored executive social posts and thought-leadership content for program leaders, partnering with stakeholders to develop compliant copy/creative and coordinate review, posting, and distribution across LinkedIn and internal channels.
  • Support recognition/accolades programs on LinkedIn including annual planning, copy/creative management and supporting individual winners with posting and distribution 
  • Contribute to reporting and insights, running surveys and tracking program outcomes
  • Support adhoc project management requests including but not limited to: change communications, training rollout and user migration support.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

  • 3+ years of experience working in social media or Wealth Advisor marketing support functions 
  • Familiarity with social media platforms LinkedIn and Sales Navigator are a must.
  • Proven track record of effective project management 
  • Highly organized, creative, and collaborative teammate eager to make an impact 
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word).
  • Excellent attention to detail, written and verbal communication skills 
  • Strong executive presence and ability to effectively communicate with all levels of management across our business

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • Strong time, organizational and project management skills; solutions and results-oriented, with ability to multi-task, prioritize actions and deadlines.
  • Ability to prioritize responsibilities in a process-oriented environment
