The Software Advisor, Networking Agreements Specialist (EA) is a high-impact, strategic role responsible for the full lifecycle management of our most critical client contracts: Enterprise Agreements (EAs) and long-term software/maintenance programs.
This specialist will be the primary driver in structuring, negotiating, and capturing these complex agreements, and then providing essential, strategic post-sales support to ensure successful adoption, renewal, and expansion. This role requires a dynamic professional with deep experience in translating our software solutions into measurable customer business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Strategic Agreement Capture (Pre-Sales & Negotiation)
     -  Lead the Capture Strategy: Drive the end-to-end process of structuring, pricing, and negotiating new and renewal Enterprise Agreements (EAs) and volume buying programs.
     -  Business Outcome Translation: Work closely with sales, product, and finance teams to clearly articulate how the proposed EA structure delivers against the customer's specific business outcomes and strategic goals.
     - Contract Expertise: Serve as the subject matter expert (SME) on all terms, conditions, and financial models related to the EA and software programs.
  2. Post-Sales & Lifecycle Management
     -  Strategic Handoff: Ensure a seamless transition from sales to post-sales/customer success teams, providing critical context on the EA's negotiated business drivers and success metrics.
     -  Usage and Compliance: Support the monitoring of customer consumption and usage metrics against the EA terms to ensure compliance and identify expansion opportunities.
     - Renewal Planning: Initiate and drive the renewal strategy for EAs, focusing on demonstrating captured value and preparing the customer for the next phase of their agreement.
  3. Market Responsiveness & Adaptability
     -  Market Sensing: Proactively monitor market conditions, competitor programs, and regulatory changes that may impact our Enterprise Agreement structures.
     - Program Evolution: Be a leading voice in recommending and implementing changes to our EA models and buying programs based on real-world customer and market feedback.
