July Business Services (JULY) is seeking an individual for SoloK Associate. In this role, you will enjoy the unique challenge of  learning about owner only 401(k) plans (SoloK).  You will put this retirement plan knowledge and client service skills to work alongside a team of other SoloK plan professionals. As you gain experience and demonstrate excellence, you will have the opportunity for additional career opportunities at JULY based on your personal strengths and interests.

The Gig…
  • Serve on a team providing services for SoloK retirement clients and advisors
  • Respond to plan sponsors and advisors’ questions related to all aspects of their retirement plan in a timely manner
  • Monitor and complete tasks, emails and phone calls as assigned related to SoloK plans
  • Assist in the completion of annual compliance project needs
  • Coordinate with internal and external partners to support operational compliance and completion of projects including setting up, terminating, distributing, amending, and completing required tax returns
  • Be an in-house resource for all JULY team members regarding SoloK plans
  • Maintain documentation on client projects and responses within JULYs software
  • Utilize a phone queue system to efficiently handle inbound and outbound call volume

  • Ability to explain complex compliance items in a clear and understandable manner
  • Professional and concise verbal, non-verbal, and written communication skills

  • Exceptionally organized individual who juggles multiple projects with minimal oversight
