Job Description

  • Digital Workplace Domain Solution Architect
  • M365, MS Email, SharePoint, LAPTOP image (MS and MAC) - MS Desktop Applications - Architect
  • Understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Provides recommendations on buy versus build.
  • Ensures technical solutions are being implemented as designed.
  • Communicates with stakeholders and ensures alignment on the solutions.
  • Keep up to date with emerging technologies and industry trends.
  • Ensures the technology solutions are aligned with the enterprise technology, vision, strategy, and roadmap.
  • Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Experience:  6 year’s relevant experience

Education: Must meet one of the following requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience (One-year relevant experience is equivalent to one-year college)
  • Associate’s Degree in a Technical Field
  • Certification in relevant focus area

 

Level Specific Responsibilities: 

  • May oversee the work of Solution/Application Architects to ensure the solutions are aligned with the organization’s overall strategy.
  • Researches and identifies application opportunities around performance, scalability, and maintainability.
  • Mentors and shares applicable knowledge regarding design principles, implementation techniques, and emerging technologies and trends.

 

Accountability/Complexity:

  • May manage projects requiring the responsibility of delegating work and reviewing resulting work product.
  • May be responsible for providing guidance, coaching, and training to other employees within job area.
  • May function as a team lead and assistant to the supervisor/manager.
