Working at Atlassian
Atlassians can choose where they work - whether in an office, from home, or a combination of the two. That way, Atlassians have more control over supporting their family, personal goals, and other priorities. We can hire people in any country where we have a legal entity.
Our Developer Experience solution plays a pivotal role in driving efficiency by providing Artificial Intelligence solutions into the heart of the Software Development Lifecycle. The Atlassian AI solution for developers extends AI capabilities beyond the generation of code into managing the full SDLC. Tasks such as Code Reviews, Vulnerability Management, Pipeline Management, and more are where developers tend to lose time and productivity. DevAI from Atlassian utilizes modern AI capabilities to streamline these elements and ensure your organizations standards are followed. Currently, we are seeking an experienced DevExp Solution Solutions Sales Executive to join our team and drive revenue growth in the AMER region. In this role, the individual will lead specialized Developer Experience sales efforts, collaborate closely with clients, direct and partner sales teams, and contribute to our go-to-market strategy in partnership with a diverse cross-functional team.
  • Drive outstanding growth in DevExp sales by effectively executing the go-to-market strategy.
  • Develop and execute territory plan to sell to customers based on their business needs.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with senior-level clients, particularly C-level executives and decision-makers.
  • Lead the sales cycle from prospecting to closing, managing various stakeholders.
  • Serve as a customer advocate, relaying feedback to enhance solutions. Share the insights acquired with the entire team, including the product, marketing, and R&D teams.
  • Generate high-quality pipeline and acquire new customers by collaborating closely with both our direct sales team and channel partners.
  • Accurately forecast and report on revenue opportunities and track deal progression.
  • Collaborate with channel partners to create tailored solutions that effectively tackle the unique challenges faced by clients.
