The Solutions Analyst plays a key role in delivering accurate, timely reporting and operational outputs for customers. This is a hands-on position that combines data analysis, technical problem-solving, and financial logic.

In this role, you will own daily, weekly, and month-end deliverables, maintain and troubleshoot core solution components, and use tools such as Excel, Access, SQL, and the Infios FAP Portal to ensure data integrity. You will analyse complex datasets, resolve issues independently, support customer implementations, and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and scalability.

What a day in the life looks like

  • Own the accurate and timely delivery of daily, weekly and month‑end customer reporting, ensuring outputs customers can rely on.
  • Maintain and support core solution components, including General Ledger coding, custom fields, order‑matching logic, accruals, cost allocation and month‑end reporting.
  • Analyse large and complex datasets to identify trends, resolve discrepancies and highlight opportunities to improve accuracy, efficiency and scalability.
  • Independently investigate and resolve issues across data logic, reporting outputs and customer deliverables, taking ownership through to resolution.
  • Use advanced Excel, Microsoft Access and SQL to manage, validate and automate data, improving reporting quality and reducing manual effort.
  • Work confidently across systems such as the Infios FAP Portal to support custom reporting, data validation and ongoing solution enhancements.
  • Collaborate closely with Operations, Product, Implementations, Commercial teams and customers to support complex solutions and deliver clear, data‑driven insights.
  • Contribute to documentation, process improvement and team success by sharing knowledge, supporting onboarding, participating in goal planning and proactively raising risks.

What you bring to the team:

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivots, lookups) and Microsoft Access
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet firm deadlines
  • Clear communication skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences
  • Comfortable working independently while collaborating cross-functionally
  • Preferred Qualifications
  • Working knowledge of SQL for data analysis and reporting
  • Experience with SaaS or data-driven operational environments
  • Familiarity with logistics, freight audit/pay, or financial operations
  • Experience improving or automating reporting and workflows
  • Exposure to month-end processes, accruals, or financial reporting logic

Salary range 55 - 60K

This compensation range is indicative of the role. Compensation offered is based on evaluation during interview process, the candidates’ range and depth of experience, business and market financials and internal pay parity.
