  • Architect, oversee, and troubleshoot integrations between CLM and enterprise systems, including P2P, S2P, CRM, ERP, HR, master data, finance, vendor/supplier, customer, document management, and e-signature platforms.

  • Own integration workstreams, including requirements, design, CLM-side configuration, field mappings, business rules, testing support, issue resolution, and customer/vendor coordination.

  • Support customers and third-party technical teams with integration development by defining CLM-side requirements, data flows, security considerations, error handling, and testing scenarios.

  • Lead CLM solution design across intake, authoring, review, negotiation, approvals, execution, repository, amendments, renewals, obligations, reporting, and post-execution management.

  • Advise clients on where technical solutions can provide meaningful value based on legal, procurement, sales, and business requirements.

  • Support implementation and integration of e-signature tools such as DocuSign and Adobe Sign

  • Oversee offshore configuration engineering teams, providing direction, design clarification, quality review, and escalation support.

  • Support UAT, defect triage, deployment readiness, hypercare, and post-go-live stabilization as needed.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Extensive enterprise CLM implementation experience, including hands-on experience with Agiloft, Malbek, and Conga

  • Strong CLM domain knowledge across pre-signature, post-signature, workflow, approvals, templates, clauses, repository, reporting, and integrations.

  • Proven experience serving as a Solution Architect, Technical Lead, or design authority on complex implementation projects.

  • Strong experience architecting and troubleshooting integrations between CLM and systems such as P2P, S2P, CRM, ERP, HR, master data, finance, document management, and e-signature platforms

  • Hands-on experience with DocuSign and/or Adobe Sign

  • Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions that create value for legal and business stakeholders.

  • Experience leading technical resources, offshore configuration teams, or implementation workstreams.

  • Hands-on experience  with APIs, middleware, data mapping, authentication, integration testing, and deployment support.

  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with the ability to quickly assess complex CLM implementation issues, identify root cause, and drive practical resolution.

  • Strong client-facing communication skills with the ability to lead workshops, explain technical concepts, and manage stakeholder expectations.

  • Relevant CLM, e-signature, and integration certifications.

The Compensation range for this role is $120,000.00 to $180,000.00 USD annually and may be eligible for an annual bonus.
