Job Description:
Our Client is seeking a Java Architect. This person will work directly with the Java architecture and development teams on the inventory management projects. They will have hands-on role designing and implementing functionality, diagnosing and correcting performance problems, and integrating Inventory domain applications with other domains.
 Responsibilities:
•    Diagnosing and correcting system performance problems.
•    Work with other architecture team members at defining best practices.
•    Providing support and guidance to development teams on Java, JSF, SQL and Spring.
•    Participating in code reviews to ensure development teams are complying with Anixter standards and industry best practices.

Qualifications

Qualifications:
•    Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.
•    Prior experience with Spring 3.x, JSF 2.x, Spring MVC, REST, and IBM WebSphere 8.5.
•    Experience with DB2.
•    Expert understanding of SOA and Object Oriented Analysis.
