Perform application deployments/upgrades, ensure availability via monitoring and disaster recovery, act as second-tier Service Desk support, and participate in 24/7 on-call rotation.

Analyze and optimize hotel telecommunications systems, provide 24x7 escalation and after-hours support, manage telecom vendors, and support provisioning and implementation of Avaya/Mitel phone systems. Lead project management for new hotel openings, system transitions and switch replacements, and ensure corporate telecom standards and global customer support.

Design, develop, test, document and maintain .NET web applications using C# and SQL Server. Mentor junior developers, manage tickets, plan project tasks, record daily activity, and introduce relevant emerging technologies.

Design and develop Cognos BI front-end solutions. Lead requirements gathering and BI project management, create functional designs, build and support reports, train and promote BI to business users, collaborate with offshore and cross-IT teams, estimate tasks, and identify risks and issues.

Perform enterprise system administration including design, configuration management, maintenance, troubleshooting, forecasting capacity needs, and documenting standards and procedures for large-scale Windows/VMware environments.
