Job Description:

Summary

As a Solutions Engineer at Integral Ad Science, you are the technical bridge between Sales, Product, and client teams—responsible for architecting and implementing advanced ad tech integrations. You leverage AI-powered tools and automation to accelerate client onboarding, troubleshoot complex issues, and deliver actionable insights. Your goal: maximize technical integration quality, streamline processes, and enable data-driven decisions for both IAS and its ad tech partners.

Key Responsibilities
  • AI-Driven Integration:
Design and deploy automated setups and AI-powered diagnostics for new client integrations, reducing time-to-value and minimizing manual intervention.
  • Strategic Solutions Architecture:
Lead technical discovery and solution design to drive platform expansion, crafting custom workflows, Proof-of-Concepts (PoCs), and architecture blueprints that directly map complex partner business goals to advanced platform features.
  • Technical Expansion & Operational Flexibility:
Serve as the technical lead for upsell and expansion opportunities by scoping complex, non-standard requests for commercial viability, while maintaining the cross-functional agility to provide consistent, reliable operational support for day-to-day business needs.
  • Automation & Process Improvement:
Build scripts, smart dashboards, or leverage workflow automation (e.g., for log parsing, alerting, or QA) to accelerate troubleshooting and reduce repetitive tasks.
  • Client Enablement:
Lead technical enablement for partners—training both technical and non-technical users on how to use IAS’s AI features for campaign optimization and analytics.
  • Escalation & Cross-Functional Partnership:
Act as the technical escalation point for unique or high-complexity issues, collaborating closely with Product, Engineering, and Data Science to resolve and learn from edge cases.
  • Revenue Alignment:

Align technical integration strategies with business objectives to maximize revenue impact and support long-term growth.

  • Feedback Loop:
Gather client and partner feedback on AI-driven features, surface recurring issues or requests, and advocate for improvements that enhance automation and efficiency.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 4+ years in Solutions Engineering, Technical Services, or Platform Support (AdTech, MarTech, or SaaS preferred).
  • Experience managing, troubleshooting integrations, working at, or with major social media platforms (e.g., Meta, TikTok, Snap, X) and an understanding of their specific ecosystems and ad-serving constraints.
  • Proven experience with APIs, web integrations, and automation/scripting (Python, JS, etc.); strong understanding of AI/ML principles and applications in ad tech.
  • Hands-on with analytics stacks (e.g., BigQuery, Tableau, custom BI) and log/data investigation.
  • Strong communicator—comfortable translating technical concepts for various audiences.
  • BA/BS or equivalent experience required.
Success Measures
  • Reduction in client onboarding and integration time.
  • Documented improvements in automation and AI feature utilization across the client base.
  • High partner satisfaction with technical enablement and troubleshooting.
  • Delivered measurable product enhancements by identifying critical technical gaps and advocating for high-impact features that streamlined usability for strategic clients.
