We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sourcing Specialist (Contract) to join our growing People & Culture team. This is an excellent opportunity for early-career talent looking to build a foundation in recruitment and human resources within a fast-paced, collaborative organization. You will be the engine that powers our talent pipeline, working closely with internal stakeholders and the People & Culture team to attract, assess, and coordinate the top-tier talent that makes DAC a leader in the industry.

What You’ll Do

  • Stakeholder Satisfaction and Coordination
    • Attend intake meetings with hiring managers and People & Culture team to develop a firm understanding of role requirements, team goals, and ideal candidate profiles
    • Develop strong relationships with internal department leads to act as a talent partner, managing day-to-day recruitment-related inquiries and deliverables
    • Coordinate and schedule interviews with internal stakeholders, ensuring a smooth, professional, and positive experience for every candidate in the pipeline
  • Team and Talent Development
    • Source and screen high-performance candidates through multiple channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and industry event
    • Conduct initial candidate screenings and assessments to evaluate technical skills, relevant experience, and cultural fit for the DAC environment
    • Support recruitment activities such as job fairs, campus events, and other talent outreach initiatives to build our future talent pipeline
  • Program and Data Management
    • Manage and maintain accurate candidate lifecycle data and recruitment administration within Workday, ensuring all records meet DAC’s standards for quality and accuracy
    • Assist with recruitment reporting, documentation, and general operations to ensure the hiring process remains transparent and efficient
    • Ensure that all recruitment properties and postings under your influence are optimized to attract and engage visitors that match the target audience profile
  • Business Growth and Excellence
    • Perform additional ad-hoc tasks assigned by the People & Culture team to support the evolving needs of the global team
    • Keep updated on the recruitment and media industry by researching, networking, and reading blogs to provide a point of view on emerging talent trends
    • Look for opportunities to optimize the sourcing process, ensuring we are delivering the "brightest minds" to our internal teams in a timely manner

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree or 1-2 years of relevant recruitment or internship experience
  • Foundational understanding of the talent acquisition lifecycle and candidate journey
  • Proficiency in sourcing through LinkedIn, job boards, and professional networks
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities and recruitment deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for stakeholder management
  • Demonstrated knowledge of Workday or similar Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
  • Ability to handle confidential information with a high level of discretion
  • Proactive and team-oriented mindset with a willingness to take initiative

This role requires three in-office days per week. Fully remote work is not available for this position.

Salary at DAC is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected total compensation range for this position is starting at $50,000 to $60,000. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of DAC’s total compensation package for employees.
