Hilton Grand Vacations is looking for a Specialist, Digital Marketing to organize and coordinate activations marketing campaigns and projects. This position resides within the Digital Marketing team and is responsible for supporting the development and execution of digital marketing campaigns for package activation channels including, but not limited to, email, mobile, web, SMS and other platforms for the North America region. 

The ideal candidate will understand email basics and have a proven record of project management including translating requests from the client to various execution teams such as Creative, Development and Data. Candidate will be responsible for creating project roadmaps with associated tasks and timing as they relate to tracking development, testing, launch, and closure within the campaign scope and timeline.

Position has option to work from Corporate office in Orlando or from home in states in which Hilton Grand Vacations can legally employ.

Responsibilities
  • Support in the execution of integrated marketing campaigns
  • Audit intake requests within project management platforms for accuracy of campaign requirements, build project requirements and timelines 
  • Manage multiple projects/campaigns simultaneously
  • Work with cross-functional teams throughout the campaign lifecycle and with other campaign managers and analysts
  • Participate in knowledge sharing and process efficiency 
  • Drive project deadlines to ensure on-time delivery while maintaining high-quality campaigns and reporting

  • Be a dynamic self-starter who works collaboratively in a fast-paced environment 
  • Possess a high degree of proficiency in Airtable, Workfront and MS Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook & Internet applications
  • Possess critical attention to detail, deadlines and reporting
  • Posses strong analytical, prioritizing, problem-solving, presentation, project management skills from conception to completion 
  • Monitor campaigns and alert strategists of any anticipated issues with suggested solutions
  • Assist with reviewing and proofing marketing collateral to ensure objectives are being met and perform quality control. 
  • Support the development and maintenance of internal tools and process optimization
  • Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience managing digital marketing campaigns (email, mobile, web, SMS).
  • Strong project management skills with a proven record of delivering on time and on budget.
  • Solid understanding of email marketing fundamentals and best practices.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Detail‑oriented with strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Flexibility to work from the Orlando corporate office or remotely in eligible states.
  • Knowledge of digital analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics) is a plus.
