The Specialist will manage supplier marketing initiatives, coordinate campaigns across channels, track performance, and maintain documentation to ensure timely execution and compliance.
As the Specialist - Marketing (Supplier Partners), you will manage a portfolio of assigned supplier partners and be responsible for the planning and execution of supplier-funded (co-op) marketing initiatives that strengthen supplier partnerships and drive measurable commercial impact. You will coordinate multi-channel campaign deliverables, manage timelines and assets across internal teams and supplier stakeholders, and help ensure co-op program execution is consistent, compliant, and on time.
Responsibilities:
- Executes assigned marketing programs, campaigns, and channel activities end to end, including supplier-aligned initiatives across email, digital, social, paid media, and customer-facing content.
- Produces marketing assets, content, and deliverables aligned to creative briefs, brand standards, and supplier requirements.
- Serves as the primary point of contact for supplier marketing initiatives, ensuring clear expectations, aligned assets, and smooth project execution.
- Coordinates inputs from internal partners, suppliers, agencies, and vendors to support execution, strategy alignment, and revenue objectives.
- Collaborates with supplier relations teams, commercial leaders, and sales teams to support go-to-market strategy and provide supplier-related marketing materials and resources.
- Tracks and reports on performance metrics and customer engagement, identifying risks, opportunities, and insights to improve future campaigns.
- Supports research and analysis activities, incorporating customer, market, competitive, and campaign performance inputs.
- Maintains documentation, trackers, and system updates to ensure execution accuracy and visibility across stakeholders.
- Applies continuous improvement practices to enhance efficiency, program quality, and overall marketing impact.
Qualifications:
- Associates’ Degree (U.S.)/College Diploma (Canada) - Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field required
- Bachelors Degree - Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred
- 2–4 years of relevant marketing experience
- Demonstrated ability to own discrete workstreams with minimal supervision
- Working knowledge of multi channel marketing tactics and associated tools
- Strong organizational, communication, and execution skills
- Analytical mindset with ability to interpret basic performance data
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment
- Industry experience in technology, product manufacturing, or supply chain preferred
- Ability to travel 0% - 25%
