We’re hiring a Sr. Account Director to drive growth across our data and AI practice.

As a Databricks Gold Partner, Blueprint is already operating at a high level in the market. We’re looking for a seller who can step into that momentum and turn opportunity into revenue. You’ll lead net-new business development while expanding strategic accounts, working across modern data platforms in a highly collaborative, solution-oriented environment.

What You’ll Do
  • Own and execute a net-new business development strategy, with a strong focus on outbound activity
  • Drive 60–70% of your effort toward hunting (prospecting, outreach, pipeline creation)
  • Identify, engage, and close new customers across target industries
  • Leverage Blueprint’s Databricks Gold Partner status to unlock co-sell opportunities and accelerate deals
  • Build and manage a healthy pipeline from first touch → closed deal
  • Partner closely with internal technical and delivery teams to shape and sell solutions
  • Develop and present tailored proposals that connect data solutions to business outcomes
  • Maintain disciplined use of CRM to track pipeline, activity, and forecasting
  • Participate in industry events, partner channels, and networking to expand market presence
  • Bring market feedback back to internal teams to influence solution development
What We’re Looking For
  • 4–7+ years of experience in data, AI, or technology solution sales
  • Proven track record of consistently hitting or exceeding quota
  • Demonstrated success in building pipeline from scratch (not just working inbound or existing accounts)
  • Experience selling data platforms or cloud/data solutions (e.g., Databricks, Snowflake, Azure Data, etc.)
  • Ability to confidently speak to modern data architectures (lakehouse, data engineering, analytics workflows)
  • Experience navigating complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles
  • Strong outbound discipline: prospecting, follow-ups, and account penetration
  • Comfortable operating in a high-activity, performance-driven environment
  • Strong collaboration skills across technical and business teams
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working within or alongside the Databricks partner ecosystem
  • Background in consulting or solution-based selling environments
  • Existing network within data/AI buyer personas or relevant industries
