Joining the talented Account Management team at #TeamIZEA, the Sr. Account Executive will play a key role in delivering exceptional client experiences through flawless execution, strong collaboration, and thoughtful problem solving. This role sits at the center of campaign delivery, balancing project management excellence with growing strategic acumen. You will serve as a trusted day-to-day client partner, contribute to high quality work that elevates IZEA’s standards, and help move influencer programs forward with precision and confidence.

Your responsibilities and contributions will drive value

  • Developing a foundational understanding of influencer marketing, client Serve as a primary day-to-day client liaison, maintaining clear communication, building client trust, and developing a strong understanding of client business objectives to inform recommendations.
  • Own day-to-day project execution, managing timelines, deliverables, and dependencies to ensure campaigns are delivered on time, on budget, and to IZEA’s quality standards.
  • Lead creator brief development, ensuring messaging, content guidelines, and campaign goals are clearly defined, aligned to client expectations, and protect brand integrity.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams, helping coordinate workflows, resolve challenges, and ensure work products are cohesive and executionally sound.
  • Contribute to deck development and presentations, producing polished materials that clearly articulate strategy, execution plans, and results for internal and client facing use.
  • Support budget tracking and financial accuracy at the campaign level, maintaining organized documentation and contributing to broader vertical growth objectives through strong delivery.

Requirements

Your background and experience will lead to success with

  • 3–5 years of experience in account management, client services, or integrated marketing, preferably within influencer, digital, or social-led programs
  • Strong project management skills with a track record of delivering complex work accurately and on schedule
  • Clear and effective communicator, both written and verbal, with confidence interacting with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Strong judgment and attention to detail, with the ability to identify opportunities to improve work quality and execution
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work cross-functionally and contribute positively to team dynamics
  • Experience creating decks and presentations that are well structured, visually polished, and audience ready

This range is subject to change.
