Predactiv is a data and technology company specializing in transforming data assets through a proprietary AI-driven platform. Predactiv collects and analyzes vast amounts of online data to help businesses understand consumer intent and optimize marketing strategies.
Responsibilities:- Play a key role in month end close, including customer invoicing, revenue recognition, prepaids and accruals
- Responsible for balance sheet and income statement accounts reconciliation
- Process payroll and book general entries for US and foreign subsidiaries
- Work closely with HR on benefit & compensations
- Take ownership of full cycle of subsidiary accounting
- Participate in the annual financial audit & corp. tax filing. tax filing
- Ad hoc projects as needed
- BS Degree in Finance or Accounting
- 5+ years experience in a technology company, with a fast moving environment.
- Accounting and Payroll experience required.
- Excellent skills using NetSuite.
- Familiar with Expensify, Paylocity, or similar platforms or tools.
- Strong organizational skills, and the ability to work under pressure
- High standard of work ethic
