The Sr Analyst, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Process supports the forecasting and planning cycles by creating driver based, market level forecasts. This role is responsible for delivering accurate, insightful, and forward-looking financial plans that support executive decision-making and operational execution. By embedding robust financial discipline and partnering across the business, the role drives alignment between financial strategy and business outcomes.

This position has been segmented as Remote Anywhere meaning the work is completed 100% remote anywhere in the U.S. except Hawaii or United States Territories.

Responsibilities:  

  • Deliver accurate and timely consolidated financial forecasts, identifying risks, opportunities, and key business drivers.

  • Coordinate with Reporting & Analytics teams to ensure consistent definitions, robust dashboards, and high-quality financial reporting across all levels of the organization.

  • Drive process simplification, automation, and tool enhancements (e.g., planning platforms, data models).

  • Ensure data integrity, version control, and governance across financial plans and models.

  • Other duties as assigned by manager.

Relationships:

  • Internal: Works with all levels of leadership across all functions of the organization.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 3 years of financial planning, analytics and process improvement experience

  • Strong analytical skills

  • Strong communication skills

  • Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities and stakeholders.

  • < 5% travel

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance-related field

  • MBA or MS in Finance-related field

  • Corporate FP&A and/or Accounting management experience

This role will also receive an annual incentive plan bonus.

Compensation depends on relevant experience and/or education, specific skills, function, geographic location, and other factors as applicable by law (for example: state or local minimum wage thresholds).  The expected base rate for this role is between

$65,000 - $100,000
