  • Define business requirements for enhancements that improve seller productivity and data quality.
Data & Insights
  • Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and performance metrics that provide actionable insights to leadership.
  • Support ad hoc analysis for strategic initiatives, territory planning, business reviews, and executive requests.
  • Leverage data to identify trends, recommend actions, and measure business outcomes.

Qualifications & ExperienceRequired Qualifications
  • 5–8 years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, GTM Operations, Renewal Operations, or GTM Strategy within a B2B SaaS organization.
  • 1–2 years of direct experience supporting a Renewals or Customer Success organization preferred.

  • Excellent communication and executive presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and follow-through.
