Job Overview
The Sr. Analyst, Supply Chain, at T-Mobile improves supply chain processes to cut costs, raise quality, ensure compliance, and strengthen the customer experience. The role spans planning, fulfillment, operations, vendor management, performance insights, and logistics, and it requires solving complex problems — often through root-cause analysis — to keep operations running smoothly. The analyst partners closely with Operations and Supplier teams to identify opportunities and drive solutions to operational issues. This role also monitors inventory sync — tracking supplier inventory against T-Mobile's own — and engages when variance spikes occur, sitting in on reviews to confirm the right teams are addressing both the variance and its root cause.
The position also contributes to large-scale cost-savings and efficiency projects, and monitors industry trends and regulatory changes that could affect the business. Through this work, the Sr. Analyst helps T-Mobile operate more effectively and stay competitive.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Enhances supply chain processes to optimize cost, quality, compliance, and customer experience in alignment with corporate objectives
  • Solves complex problems across planning, fulfillment, operations, vendor management, and logistics using root-cause analysis
  • Partners with Operations and Supplier teams to identify and resolve operational issues
  • Monitors inventory sync between supplier and T-Mobile inventory; engages when variance spikes occur and confirms the right teams are addressing both the variance and its root cause
  • Contributes to large-scale projects focused on cost savings and operational efficiencies
  • Monitors industry trends and regulatory changes affecting the business

Required Qualifications:

Education:

  • Bachelor's Degree plus 5 years of related work experience OR Advanced degree with 3 years of related experience
  • Acceptable areas of study include Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or Industrial Management

Experience:

  • 2-4 years Experience in supply chain management focusing on or more functional areas such as planning, fulfillment, vendor performance and operations

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience:

  • 2-4 years Experience in collaborating across teams building cross-functional relationships
  • 2-4 years Experience in supporting large-scale projects aimed at cost savings and improving operational efficiencies

Licenses and Certifications:

  • Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) Certification from APICS that validates expertise in supply chain management and operations. (Preferred)
  • Supply Chain Management (CPIM) Certified in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM): Certification that demonstrates knowledge in production and inventory management, essential for planning and fulfillment roles within the supply chain. (Preferred)
  • Six Sigma Certification: Certification that indicates proficiency in using Six Sigma methodologies to improve operational efficiency and quality. (Preferred)

  • At least 18 years of age

The base salary range for this role in Irving, TX is $79,000 - $106,900

Total Target Cash Earnings Opportunity: $75,240 - $135,740

National Base Pay Range: $68,400 - $123,400

The Total Target Cash Earnings Opportunity represents the expected total cash compensation for this role at target performance, combining base salary and annual incentive opportunity. Actual earnings may be higher or lower depending on individual performance and overall company results.

At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role. Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on individual and/or company performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee’s eligible earnings in the prior year. Certain positions in Customer Care are eligible for monthly bonuses based on individual and/or team performance. The incentive component included in the Total Target Cash Earnings Opportunity reflects target performance. Actual earnings included in the Total Target Cash Earnings Opportunity reflect target performance; actual payouts may vary.
