In this role, you’ll be responsible for driving brand awareness, market positioning, and storytelling that resonates with legal professionals, corporate legal departments, and law firm audiences. You’ll play a key role in shaping our brand voice, visual identity, and narrative across all channels — from product launches and thought leadership to industry events and digital campaigns. This is a great opportunity for a marketer who understands the complexity of legal buyers and can bring clarity, consistency, and creativity to a high-growth B2B tech brand. Curious what your day would look like as Sr Brand Marketing Specialist? Check out the details below!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the execution of brand initiatives that reinforce our market position as a legal tech innovator and thought leader.
  • Evolve and maintain the company’s brand identity, including messaging frameworks, voice and tone guidelines, and visual assets.
  • Collaborate with product marketing, sales, customer success, and design teams to ensure consistent and compelling brand representation across all touchpoints.
Develop integrated brand campaigns that highlight the value of our platform for legal teams — leveraging channels such as content, social media, PR, video, and events.
  • Manage external agencies and creative partners to deliver high-quality campaigns and brand activations.
  • Support brand presence at legal industry events, conferences, and webinars — helping to plan and promote speaking engagements, sponsorships, and activations.
  • Conduct market and competitor research to inform positioning and ensure brand relevance in the legal tech landscape.
  • Monitor brand health metrics, campaign performance, and audience engagement to continuously refine brand strategy.
  • Create and maintain internal brand resources and toolkits to empower consistent usage across departments and partner networks.
Stay up-to-date with trends in legal technology, legal operations, and marketing to inspire fresh brand ideas and approaches.
Requirements
  • 4–6+ years of experience in brand marketing, preferably in B2B SaaS or legal tech.
  • A strong portfolio of brand campaigns, messaging frameworks, and creative executions.
  • Deep understanding of legal industry audiences (in-house legal, law firms, legal ops) and the ability to tailor brand messaging accordingly.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a passion for storytelling.
  • Experience managing cross-functional projects and working with creative teams or agencies.
  • Proficiency in tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, HubSpot, and project management platforms (e.g., Asana, Trello).
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with a proactive and collaborative approach.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
Benefits

  • Retirement Plan (401k)
  • Paid Time Off (Vacation & Holidays)
  • Training & Development
