- Provides strategic brand and marketing direction to the customer experience program of work, including the CXLC, ensuring alignment where brand, marketing, and experience converge across both Association and Plan engagement.
- Leads defined workstreams within the System brand strategy, in partnership with the Director of Brand Strategy, translating consumer insights and research into direction that activates the brand and delivers on the brand promise.
- Synthesizes research, consumer insights, and Plan inputs into clear strategic recommendations that inform brand decisions and prepare initiatives for leadership review, using AI-enabled tools to sharpen and accelerate the analysis. Develops strong brand and creative briefs that translate insights into brand and creative direction for internal teams and agency partners.
- Drives initiatives within the Brand Collaborative in partnership with Plans and cross-functional teams.
- Develops content and strategic recommendations for the Marketing Executive Council and advisory group, driving follow-through that aligns brand and marketing priorities across the System.
