About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Business Development & Special Projects Coordinator to drive revenue-generating initiatives, manage high-value relationships, and lead cross-functional projects. This role works closely with executive leadership and plays a critical role in business growth, client acquisition, and strategic execution.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute business development and lead-generation strategies.
- Identify, engage, and nurture high-value prospects and strategic partnerships.
- Lead discovery calls, presentations, and executive-level conversations.
- Manage complex sales opportunities and coordinate revenue-generating activities.
- Analyze sales performance metrics and provide strategic recommendations.
- Lead the preparation of proposals, RFPs, and executive presentations.
- Coordinate and oversee high-impact special projects across departments.
- Collaborate directly with senior leadership on growth initiatives.
- Represent the company at conferences, networking events, and industry meetings.
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to process improvements.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, partnerships, account management, consulting, or related fields.
- Must reside in LATAM.
- Fluent English with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven track record of generating and developing B2B business opportunities.
- Experience managing complex sales cycles and strategic client relationships.
- Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work directly with executives and decision-makers.
- Willingness and ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed.
- Advanced proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools.
- Comfortable leveraging AI tools to improve efficiency, research, communication, and decision-making.
