About the Role

Uber Freight is building the next-generation commercial engine for logistics powered by data, technology, and AI. To deliver this vision, our Commercial Strategy & Solutions (CS&S) team has established a Revenue Operations function. We are seeking a Sr. Business Operations II who will support the Business Operations team and their goal to support our Chief Commercial Officer’s rhythm of business through reporting processes and insights, analyzing business trends and creation of GTM strategies. We are looking for a candidate with foundational sales operations knowledge, GTM Strategy and storytelling skills, and most importantly an ability to analyze data to create impactful insights.

What the Candidate Will Do

  • Support content creation and insights within our commercial operating cadences (weekly, monthly, and quarterly) on sales performance and key metrics (e.g., pipeline health, forecast), and overall business trends.
  • Assist in the management of these cadences by helping prepare presentation materials and organizing necessary data.
  • Support quantitative analysis on the performance of the sales teams to identify strategic insights and data anomalies.
  • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with sales, leadership, finance, HR, deal desk, GTM strategy & planning, and other internal stakeholders

Basic Qualifications

  • 5+ years or more of experience in a strategic or analytical role, preferably within sales operations, revenue operations, consulting, or strategy
  • Demonstrate ability to analyze data using tools like Microsoft Excel (advanced), Google Sheets, or a Business Intelligence platform (e.g., Tableau, Looker)
  • Demonstrate proficiency to synthesize data into insights for executive level PowerPoints (or Google Slides)
  • Experience with executive level story telling in presentations

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience or familiarity with working within a CRM platform (e.g., Salesforce) and an understanding of core sales processes (pipeline, lead management, opportunity stages)
  • Brings good energy to work each day and has a passion for solving complex business challenges

Benefits & Compensation for U.S. Employees

Illinois: The salary range for this role is $102,500 to $147,500 a year
