Senior Business Systems Analyst in capital markets responsible for analyzing processes, systems, and trading workflows; gathering and documenting business requirements; interpreting trading and market data to identify risks and opportunities; and collaborating with stakeholders on new initiatives and system enhancements. Requires domain expertise in financial instruments and trading infrastructure, with exposure to SQL/analytics.
- Minimum of 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in the capital markets industry.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst in the Capital Markets industry, with a deep understanding of financial instruments, trading platforms, and market infrastructure.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of business processes, systems, and workflows within the capital markets domain.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements for new initiatives and enhancements to existing systems.
- Analyze and interpret data related to trading activities, market trends, and regulatory changes to identify opportunities and risks.
- Exposure to SQL/Analytics
- Experience with trading platforms and order management systems is a plus
Compensation, Benefits and Duration
Minimum Compensation: USD 48,000
Maximum Compensation: USD 169,000
Compensation is based on actual experience and qualifications of the candidate. The above is a reasonable and a good faith estimate for the role.
