Summary:The Senior Manager, Business Transformation Delivery & Execution will play a key role in driving enterprise transformation initiatives focused on operational efficiency, process simplification, and AI-enabled business improvement. This role partners across business, operations, and technology teams to identify opportunities, redesign processes, and support execution of strategic initiatives that improve scalability, decision-making, and overall business performance.

Key Responsibilities:The primary responsibilities for this role include (but are not limited to):
- Lead workstreams supporting enterprise transformation and AI-enabled operational improvement initiatives across multiple business functions.
- Identify process inefficiencies and opportunities for simplification, automation, and improved operational performance.
- Support the development and execution of transformation roadmaps aligned to strategic business priorities.
- Partner cross-functionally with business, operations, technology, and data teams to drive initiative execution and adoption.
- Facilitate stakeholder discussions, working sessions, and executive updates to support alignment and decision-making.
- Navigate complex organizational environments and manage competing priorities across multiple stakeholders.
- Develop business cases, track initiative progress, and support value realization activities tied to transformation efforts.
- Manage project plans, milestones, risks, dependencies, and escalation activities to ensure successful delivery.
- Support operating model improvements, including workflow redesign, governance alignment, and process standardization.
- Apply structured problem-solving and analytical thinking to evaluate business challenges and recommend scalable solutions.
- Maintain working knowledge of AI, automation, and emerging technologies to support transformation opportunities and business innovation.
- Communicate transformation goals, progress, risks, and outcomes clearly and effectively to leadership teams and stakeholders.
- 8+ years of experience in business transformation, operations, strategy, consulting, program management, or related roles.
- Proven experience supporting cross-functional transformation or operational improvement initiatives.
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building capabilities across multiple organizational levels.
- Demonstrated ability to manage projects in complex, fast-paced environments.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.
- Experience with process improvement, process redesign, or operational simplification initiatives.
- Ability to work independently while coordinating effectively across teams and functions.
- Strong communication and executive presentation skills.
- High judgment and decision-making capability in ambiguous situations.
- Working familiarity with AI, automation, digital transformation, or emerging business technologies preferred.
- Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and project management tools.
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
- Experience supporting enterprise AI or automation initiatives.
- Familiarity with change management and organizational adoption strategies.
- Consulting background or experience working in highly matrixed organizations.
- Experience with business case development, ROI analysis, and value tracking.
- Knowledge of Agile, Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologies.
- Ability to influence without direct authority and drive alignment across competing priorities.
Compensation:
This role has a market-competitive salary with an anticipated base compensation range listed below. Actual salaries will vary depending on a candidate’s experience, qualifications, skills, and location. This role might also be eligible for a commission or performance-based bonus opportunities.
$135,400.00 - $238,200.00Benefits:
