Job Summary

This individual has begun to develop expertise in strategy-related and/or transformation activities and is an emerging leader on the team without specific direct reports. The professional in this position will support leadership with projects related to strategy development, planning, and implementation to help drive growth, improve the affordability of our products and services, and transform our operating model enabled by technology. In this role you will focus on transformation across clinical areas and work closely with our Healthcare Management leaders.

Required Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree /Master's degree and 5 years of general industry experience or 2 years consulting experience at a top tier consulting firm.
  • Strategy Development/Planning/Implementation: Growing knowledge of corporate strategy and/or transformation core skill sets; emerging experience formulating, planning, and/or implementing strategy and transformative efforts.
  • Analysis/Synthesis/Insight Generation: Growing ability to conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis, provide insights and implications, inform decision making, and make recommendations/prioritize new opportunities to pursue.
  • Critical Thinking/Problem Solving: Growing ability to proactively identify and resolve complex problems with some oversight.
  • Project Management: Developing experience managing complex problems with some oversight.
  • Collaboration and Interpersonal Effectiveness: Growing ability to build strong connections with people and teams, drive results by working across the matrixed environment, and work directly with leadership with some oversight.
  • Communication Skills: Growing ability to communicate effectively through verbal, written and visual channels.
  • Ability to work within a very fast-paced, quickly evolving organization and manage multiple, complex priorities.

Preferred Job Qualifications:

  • Experience in the healthcare industry, especially in the health insurance sector.
  • Experience with corporate strategy, growth, product, transformation efforts, technology-enablement, or business case development.

This is a Flex (Hybrid) role: 3 days in office; 2 days remote.

The compensation offered will vary depending on your job-related skills, education, knowledge, and experience. This role aligns with an annual incentive bonus plan subject to the terms and the conditions of the plan.

Base Pay Range$92,700.00 - $167,500.00
