Sr Contract Manufacturing Specialist
Reporting to the Contract Manufacturing leadership team, you will lead contract manufacturing operations across re-pack locations while driving business performance, cross-functional initiatives, and cost savings programs. You will operate in a complex matrix environment to improve processes, support brand initiatives, and deliver top and bottom line results across external manufacturing partners.
A Taste of Your Responsibilities
Lead operations for assigned re-pack locations, delivering results across food safety, quality, customer service, and cost performance
Serve as the operations lead for brand initiatives across impacted contract manufacturing locations
Support data gathering, spend analysis, and loss analysis to identify opportunities tied to cost savings initiatives
Partner with cross-functional teams to prepare, facilitate, and execute cost savings ideation sessions
Lead and contribute to business process improvement projects across contract manufacturing operations
Support use of business systems including SAP transactions and maintenance of contract management databases
Ingredients Required for Your Success
Bachelor’s degree preferred in operations, engineering, or a science-related field
Experience in factory operations within a food manufacturing environment, including roles such as production supervisor or team leader
Three to five years of progressive experience in manufacturing operations in a food environment preferred
Experience in warehousing, quality assurance, continuous improvement, maintenance, or engineering is preferred
Proven record of developing and implementing change in complex environments
Strong understanding of food safety requirements in a manufacturing setting
Strong analytical, verbal, and written communication skills
High energy and adaptability to work across a matrixed organization
Willingness to travel up to 50 percent

When visiting these sites, the physical requirements below may apply: You may be required to walk around the facility, climb stairs/ladders, kneel, or perform repetitive tasks that require hand-eye coordination. You may be required to lift or carry materials that can vary in weight and size. This is a manufacturing environment with large, moving equipment. Noise levels can be high, and temperatures may vary.

Compensation
Pay Range:$82,000-$120,000The annual salary listed above is the expected offering for this position. An employee’s actual annual salary will be based on but not limited to: location, relevant experience/level and skillset, while balancing internal Conagra employees’ equity. Conagra Brands will comply with applicable law regarding minimum salaries for exempt employees.
