Reporting to the Director of IT – Demand Science, you will join Conagra Brands’ Demand Science team to design, develop, and optimize data pipelines and workflows that power forecasting and analytics. You will collaborate with data scientists, analysts, and business stakeholders to ensure data is accurate, accessible, and actionable. This is your opportunity to leverage cutting-edge technologies like Snowflake, Databricks, and Informatica to make a measurable impact on business performance. 

Your Impact 

  • Architect, develop, and maintain robust data pipelines to integrate data from multiple sources into the enterprise environment. 

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and translate data requirements for forecasting, reporting, and analytics. 

  • Build and optimize complex SQL queries and transformations to support business use cases. 

  • Design and manage data models aligned with business needs and best practices. 

  • Implement and automate ETL workflows using Informatica and Databricks to improve efficiency. 

  • Perform data validation, troubleshooting, and quality assurance to ensure accuracy and consistency. 

  • Monitor and optimize performance of data pipelines, queries, and analytical processes. 

  • Document data workflows, transformations, and standards for team reference. 

  • Participate in Agile ceremonies to plan, estimate, and deliver work efficiently. 

  • Support data governance and compliance initiatives within Demand Science. 

Your Experience 

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience). 

  • 4+ years of experience in data engineering or related role focused on enterprise-scale solutions. 

  • Advanced proficiency in SQL for data transformation and analysis. 

  • Hands-on experience with cloud-based platforms, especially Snowflake and Databricks. 

  • Strong experience with ETL tools and frameworks, particularly Informatica. 

  • Proficiency in Python or PySpark for data processing and automation. 

  • Deep understanding of data modeling concepts and database design principles. 

  • Demonstrated problem-solving and analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail. 

  • Excellent communication skills and proven ability to work collaboratively. 

  • Experience supporting forecasting, reporting, or analytical processes is highly desirable.

Compensation: 

Pay Range:$93,200-$135,700

The annual salary listed above is the expected offering for this position. An employee’s actual annual salary will be based on but not limited to: location, relevant experience/level and skillset, while balancing internal Conagra employees’ equity. Conagra Brands will comply with applicable law regarding minimum salaries for exempt employees.
